ABOUT ME
I am an Integrative Health and Nutrition coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as a Pre and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist. I am a Christian woman, wife, and mother to two beautiful boys. Through my own personal experiences of getting pregnant with my first child, the challenge of being pregnant and the crazy journey into motherhood, I felt compelled to find support and guidance for my second pregnancy. I surrendered to my need to control everything and listened to God's Words to allow me to be the best mother, wife, and person I could be. I've studied not only the science and nutrition but also the emotional, physical and mental elements that change during a woman's lifetime. Now, I am here to share and support as many women as I can through these life changing phases and help each and every woman thrive during her journey into motherhood.
